Saturday Noon MealsMission statement: To provide an attractively served, nutriitious meal in a warm safe atmosphere for persons in need. A meal is served every Saturday at Christ United Methodist Church (enter on the east side, the door near 4th St SW). All are welcome. 11 AM Social Hour - Snacks and beverages served. Noon - A sit down, family style meal is served. Volunteers are needed to help cook, serve and clean-up. Groups and individuals are welcomed. During the school year, volunteers are usually scheduled ahead several months. To volunteer call the church office, 289-4019 and leave your name and phone number and someone will return your call. We are a Channel One Agency. |
